They handled it like pros, sincerely apologizing for the mix-up and promptly sending out the rest of my order at no extra charge, which I received this morning. "Packaging Could Use Improvement"
I would’ve rated this a full 5 stars, but the packaging had bubble wrap. I’ve seen other companies use paper wrap for protecting bottles, which is way more eco-friendly.
